About Just One More
At Just One More we are a group of women (and a few guys too!) who believe in friendship, encouraging each other, laughing with (and sometimes at) each other; and we make sure that shows in our jewelry!
To us, Just One More isn’t just about the jewelry, it’s our lifestyle. We like to have fun! We drink lots of wine, own too many pairs of shoes, and can always make room for one more guest at the dinner table.
We believe in living to the fullest extent; squeezing Just One More out of whatever life has to offer!
What can’t you get enough of?
What are you pushing yourself to accomplish?
What challenges are you overcoming?
All these questions can be answered with “Just One More”, or #JOM. It’s not about being gluttonous, it’s about grabbing life by the horns and knowing that you deserve the best in your life!
That being said, it’s not all about taking for us. We are also committed to giving what is best in our life! Helping others is a huge part of the #JOM culture. We remind ourselves to be appreciative of the good things we have in our lives; and there is no better way to show appreciation than to pay it forward! We feel it is our social responsibility to give back and therefore we donate ONE% of all purchases to charity.
The Original J.O.M.er
After many successful years buying clothing, accessories, and gifts for a chain of clothing stores, Ashley decided to try her hand at the other side of the business.
“I wanted to create something that was great quality, good fun, and helpful to others.”
Ashley always saw contributing to charity as an integral part of business,
“It’s so amazing to have this vehicle that not only makes me feel good about giving, but also makes JOM customers feel good about buying our jewelry! Anyone can make a difference, you don't have to be rich or have an endless amount of time to donate to a cause, just do something! Anything!”
While her degree in Psychology from Florida State University, didn’t seem immediately useful in the retail buying or selling area, it has served her in more ways than she ever could have imagined.
“I've always had a knack for understanding human emotion; how to help my friends & family through their good or bad times, but understanding the human psyche is so important in product development, building business relationships, and being a leader.”
Through lots of hard work, both physically and emotionally, and the help of a great team, Ashley has been able to pull her strengths and talents in to a project in which she feels so passionate.
